Ukraine war: US and Russian negotiators prepare for Miami peace talks

President Putin's special envoy, Kirill Dmitriev, is travelling to Florida for talks between Russia and Ukraine. US secretary of state Marco Rubio dismisses suggestions that Washington was trying to force Kyiv into an unfavourable peace deal. With Brussels' committing an additional $105 billion to fund Kyiv, but failing to agree on the use of Russia's frozen assets, we get Europe view on the latest round of negotiations.
