Newsday

Available for 22 days

Nine people have been killed and dozens injured at a school and home in western Canada. Seven victims were fatally wounded at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School, while two bodies were found at a nearby residence. The individual believed to be the shooter was also found deceased with what appears to be a self-inflicted injury according to police. We speak to Kerry-Lynne Findlay, of the British Columbian Conservative Party. We speak to the brother of Iranian nobel laureate, Narges Mohammadi. She was given a new prison term of seven and a half years at the weekend. She has been on hunger strike and protesting her prison conditions. And a former Florida police chief has said he received a call from Donald Trump twenty years ago in which the now-president told him "everyone" knew about the behaviour of the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The account is contained in an FBI document released in the latest batch of Epstein files. Presenters: James Copnall and Anne Soy. (Photo: British Columbia Premier David Eby. Credit: BBC News).
