Venezuela: New law opens market to foreign investment

Venezuela's interim president has signed into law a bill governing the country's oil industry. It opens the way to foreign investment. We have a special report from Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. The remains of the final Israeli hostage in Gaza earlier this week has opened hope that the crucial Rafah crossing could be opened to allow vital aid into the territory. We hear from a resident in Gaza. And Democrats in the United States agree to continue funding for the Department of Homeland Security temporarily but with a promise to continue negotiating restrictions on immigration officials.
