Venezuela's interim president has signed into law a bill governing the country's oil industry. It opens the way to foreign investment. We have a special report from Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela. The remains of the final Israeli hostage in Gaza earlier this week has opened hope that the crucial Rafah crossing could be opened to allow vital aid into the territory.
