Newsday

President Donald Trump has doubled down on his demands to own Greenland. He dismissed suggestions he's willing to break apart the NATO, the western military alliance, over his desire to acquire the Artic territory, that is part of Denmark. Asked how far he was willing to go to acquire Greenland he replied: "You'll find out". A Japanese court has sentenced the man accused of fatally shooting former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to life in prison. The sentencing came three and a half years after the assassination of Japan’s longest-serving premier which shocked the nation. And we go to Ukraine where temperatures are well below zero and a million households in Kyiv are surviving without power. Presenters: James Copnall and Anne Soy.
