Guterres criticises US for failing to observe international law

In an interview with the BBC, Antonio Guterres called for reforms to the Security Council that would limit the veto powers of permanent members such as the US and Russia, and better reflect the world that exists today. European countries discuss possible retaliatory measures as their dispute with President Trump over Greenland continues.
