Human Rights group says over 2,500 killed in Iran

Newsday

Available for 21 days

President Trump has promised protesters in Iran that 'help is on its way' without specifying what exactly he intends to do. It comes as a human rights group, and an Iranian official speaking to the Reuters news agency, have put the death toll over the last two and a half weeks of protests at over 2000. Poland’s President, Karol Nawrocki, has said Donald Trump is the only world leader capable of stopping Vladimir Putin from threatening Europe. And a warning that eventhough global temperatures dipped in 2025 more heat records are on their way. Presenters: James Copnall and Anne Soy.
