Woman shot dead by immigration officials in US

Newsday

Available for 17 days

A US immigration agent fatally shot a 37-year-old woman in the city of Minneapolis, sparking a war of words as local officials rejected the Trump administration's account that it was self-defence. We speak to somebody close to the incident when it happened. President Trump and his officials are 'actively' discussing a potential offer to buy the semi-autonomous Danish region of Greenland, the White House confirmed. It comes a day after it announced it was considering the use of force to take the territory. And we look at the US seizure of the Marinera, a Venezuelan-linked tanker previously known as the Bella 1. It was stopped by the US Coast Guard as it travelled northwards through the waters between Iceland and Scotland under a Russian flag.
