We look at how some Kenyans are being lured to Russia, only to end up caught up in the war in Ukraine. We hear directly from a Kenyan man who has returned home after being injured in the conflict. The heir to the influential Zia family in Bangladesh, Tarique Rahman, has arrived back in the country, after seventeen years in exile. And as PostNord, a joint state-run postal and logistics service overseen by the governments of Sweden and Denmkar set to end all mail collections, we speak to pen pales who have written to each other for decades and discuss the joy of letter writing.
