EU €50bn aid package: How will it be spent?

All 27 members of the EU agreed to send the support package worth €50bn for Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky welcomed the new funding, saying it will strengthen the country's economic and financial stability. The first transaction will be transferred in March, according Ukraine's Economy Ministry. But how will this money be spent?
