COP 28: Countries left disappointed by draft deal

The draft text of COP28 summit agreement has prompted widespread backlash from countries vulnerable to climate change. A group of small island states says the new draft is "completely insufficient" with "weak language on fossil fuels". Almost 200 countries have representatives at the Dubai summit - all must agree or the deal collapses. Plus, we're on the new night train from Paris to Berlin.
