Greece is accusing Iran of piracy after the seizure of two Greek-flagged ships in the Gulf. It follows the seizure of a Russian ship, carrying 700 thousand tonnes of oil, off the Greek coast. The World Economic Forum in Davos has drawn to a close, but some economists think more questions have been raised than answered.
