It's been a day of ups and downs at the global oil market after Saudi Arabia denied discussing a hike in oil supply with OPEC+ Candles to the rescue in South Africa as troubled energy utilty company Eskom runs out of cash to buy diesel. Also on the programme, a conversation on Wales' bid to use the World Cup platform to promote business and tourism after 64 years of missing in action.
