The US president announces plans, along with other G7 nations, to increase tariffs on more Russian goods by removing the country's 'most favoured nation' status within the World Trade Organisation schedules. Plus we look at the role of foreign mercenaries in the war in Ukraine with defence analyst Jonathan Marcos.
