Germany's new Chancellor Olaf Scholz is travelling to the United States for his first face to face meeting with President Biden. He is under pressure from both domestic rivals & international allies in his response so far to the crisis involving Ukraine, with accusations that Germany is putting its energy needs ahead of protecting Ukraine from an invasion. Presenter Will Bain speaks to Kristine Berzina from the German Marshall Fund think tank in Washington.
