Myanmar's amnesty for 23,000 prisoners

In Myanmar the army has announced an amnesty for more than 23,000 prisoners who were jailed by Aung San Suu Kyi's government. We will head to the country with the third highest death toll from coronavirus, Mexico, and ask a doctor why so few people are being vaccinated.
