Amazon fires: Bolivia accepts international aid

Bolivia's president, Evo Morales, has said he is now ready to accept international help to cope with a growing number of forest fires which - just as in neighbouring Brazil - are out of control. Israel confirms it carried out an attack on what it says were militay Iranian drones in Syria. The Somali government has asked the African Union to investigate the destruction of mobile phone masts in southern Somalia where Kenyan troops are deployed in the fight against Islamist militants.
