Uganda and Rwanda sign peace deal

Presidents Yoweri Museveni of Uganda and Paul Kagame of Rwanda have signed a peace deal to end their diplomatic feud. The agreement was reached on Wednesday in the Angolan capital, Luanda. Malawi’s President Peter Mutharika has vowed to deploy the military to all borders and airports to prevent any disruptions by demonstrators who are planing mass rallies across the country. There's been violence in Cameroon's Anglophone region sparked by the life sentences passed on the Ambazonian separatist leader Sisiku Julius Ayuk Tabe and nine of his followers earlier this week.
