Iran tanker row: Detained ship sets sail from Gibraltar

An Iranian ship held by Gibraltar since July on suspicion of transporting oil to Syria has left port; Sudan's opposition coalition has named the five people it wants to be part of the Sovereign Council which will govern the country in the run up to elections; and a cross-party group of more than 100 MPs has urged the prime minister to recall Parliament and let it sit permanently until the UK leaves the EU.
