Newsday

Available for over a year

Hong Kong airport has resumed operations, rescheduling hundreds of fights which were cancelled due to a sit-in by pro-democracy protestors over the past two days. Thousands of protestors in cities across Brazil have been demonstrating against the education policies of the far-right president, Jair Bolsonaro. Two major musical organisations in the United States have cancelled planned appearances by the Spanish opera singer, Placido Domingo, after he was accused of sexual misconduct by women in the classical music world.
