The Taliban have carried out a big car bomb attack in the Afghan capital Kabul, as peace talks with the United States reach a critical stage. A report says that 17 countries could run dry if people continue using too much water. The Pentagon has warned that the Islamic State group is rebuilding in Syria, following the withdrawal of most US troops.
