One year to the day since the latest outbreak of Ebola was confirmed in eastern Congo, a third victim has been identified in the crowded border city of Goma. Democrat presidential hopefuls have been facing off in a second night of debates. The party’s front runner – former Vice-President Joe Biden shared the stage with California Senator Kamala Harris and ten others. Engineers have created a biometric contact lens which can zoom in or out when the wearer uses their eye muscles or even, for example, just blinking twice.
