Democrat presidential hopefuls have been facing off in a second night of debates. The party’s front runner – former Vice-President Joe Biden shared the stage with California Senator Kamala Harris and ten others. It's one year today since the latest outbreak of Ebola struck the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. This week a second case of Ebola was confirmed in the teeming city of Goma, which is home to two million people. Engineers have created a biometric contact lens which can zoom in or out when the wearer uses their eye muscles or even, for example, just blinking twice.
