Health chief warns about Ebola in central Africa

One of the world’s top health officials speaks out on the Ebola crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo, after visiting communities affected by the outbreak. The California Senator, Kamala Harris, has put in a strong performance in the second of two Democratic Party presidential debates in the United States. She attacked the frontrunner, Joe Biden, over his actions during the civil rights movement in the 1970s. At least 36 miners are believed to have died in the Democratic Republic of Congo after an accident at a copper mine owned by the multinational company Glencore.
