A row has erupted in Kenya over apparently xenophobic remarks by an MP about Tanzanians, Ugandans and Pakistani people living and working in the country. Ten Democrats have clashed on immigration and healthcare in the first TV debate in the race to oust President Donald Trump from the White House. Reports from Ethiopia say that more people than previously thought were killed during Saturday's attempt to overthrow the government of the Amhara region.
