The UN Office on Drugs and Crime says 35 million people worldwide are estimated to suffer from drug use disorders, more than previously thought. Mexico's President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, says he's saddened by the deaths of a father and daughter from El Salvador as they tried to cross the Rio Grande into the US.
