Xi Jinping has begun the first visit to North Korea by a Chinese leader in 14 years. The Dutch prime minister has warned the remaining candidates in the race to lead Britain's governing Conservative Party against a no-deal Brexit. The UN human rights chief, Michelle Bachelet, is in Venezuela for talks with the government and opposition on the crisis engulfing the country
