Sudanese general promises investigation into pro-democracy protesters deaths

The Sudanese general whose troops were blamed for the massacre of democracy protesters in Khartoum has promised to execute those responsible; the latest efforts to stop the Ebola virus from taking hold in Uganda after the virus crossed the border from the Democratic Republic of Congo; and Hong Kong's most well-known student activist Joshua Wong has called for the resignation of leader Carrie Lam, after walking free from prison.
