Huawei filed a lawsuit against the US government in March, after it banned federal agencies from using Huawei technology, and it now would like this legal action to speed up. Nigeria's president, Muhammadu Buhari, is being inaugurated for a second term. And protest groups in Sudan are holding a second day of strikes to increase pressure on the military to hand over power to a civilian administration.
