A Google spokesperson has told the BBC it was complying with a US government order blacklisting Huawei over concerns that its equipment could be used by the Chinese government to spy on American networks. Volodymyr Zelensky, a 41-year-old comedian famous for playing the role of a president in a satirical TV series, will today be sworn in as Ukraine's new president. Renewed talks have taken place between Sudan's ruling Transitional Military Council and the opposition protest movement on the composition of a proposed sovereign authority.
