Philippines elections seen as a referendum on Duterte

Voting has started in the Philippines in mid-term elections and is seen as a test of the popularity of President Rodrigo Duterte. We go to South Africa where the governing African National Congress has promised a fresh start – after winning another five years in office, but with a reduced majority. We go to Burkina Faso where gunmen broke into a church and have killed six people, including the priest, before burning down the building.
