In Washington DC, lawmakers on the judiciary committee voted 24-16 to refer a contempt citation against the Attorney General for a vote by the entire House of Representatives - for failing to release an unredacted copy of the Mueller report on Russian interference in US elections. In the Philippines President Duterte is riding high in approval ratings ahead next week's mid-term elections. There've been further falls in share prices ahead of another round of trade talks between the United States and China.
