Cyclone Fani: More than one million moved into shelters

More than a million people along India's north-east coast are sheltering in relief centres as the area is battered by the worst summer cyclone there for more than 40 years. A member of Sudan's ruling military council has told the BBC that the armed forces will not accept a civilian majority on an interim power sharing council.
