Are Sudan's army finally going to step aside for a civilian administration?

A member of Sudan's ruling military council tells BBC Newsday that the armed forces will not accept a civilian majority on an interim power sharing council. A cholera outbreak has been declared in northern Mozambique a week after Cyclone Kenneth hit the area.
