Newsday

Available for over a year

Spain's governing Socialists have failed to get a majority in parliament at the latest general election, meaning they will need help from the left-wing Podemos party, or the centre-right, to form a government. Newsday's James Copnall is in Khartoum where Sudan's revolution continues, he's talking to protesters and politicians to find out whether the military will really agree to hand power over to civilians. In Sri Lanka the government has banned face coverings in public, following a spate of suicide attacks on Easter Sunday that killed more than 250 people and injured hundreds.
