Thirty world leaders meeting in Beijing

President Xi Jinping of China has opened a meeting of more than thirty world leaders in Beijing, for the second summit to discuss China's ambitious global investment and infrastructure programme known as the Belt and Road initiative. President Putin of Russia and others are attending the summit. Deutsche Investment Bank has reportedly started turning over documents on financing for some of President Donald Trump's projects to New York State authorities. Democrats have also separately been trying to get access to documents related to his private investments. Washington is close to becoming the first US state to allow the composting as an alternative to burial or cremation of human bodies. It could be cheaper and more environmentally friendly.
