Sri Lanka attacks: Police say they've now arrested 24 suspects

The number of people killed in Sunday's bomb attacks in Sri Lanka has risen sharply to 290. Volodymyr Zelensky, a comedian with no political experience, has won a run-off vote and will become Ukraine's next president.
