Notre Dame fire under control

The fire that's devastated Notre Dame is now under control. The spire and roof of the medieval cathedral have been destroyed, but the main structure, including the two towers, has been saved. President Macron has vowed that Notre Dame will be rebuilt, and France's two richest families have already pledged hundreds of millions of dollars for the purpose. Two Reuters journalists jailed in Myanmar, have been awarded the Pulitzer Prize for their reporting on the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya Muslims by the Burmese military.
