One of the world's religious and historic wonders -- the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris -- has been partially destroyed after it was engulfed by fire. Italy's largest bank, Unicredit, is to pay more than a billion dollars to settle charges that it violated United States sanctions on a number of countries including Iran and Syria. The Mexican President, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, says he wants to return wealth seized from corrupt politicians and drug cartel leaders to the public.
