South Africa calls diplomats to discuss xenophobic attacks

South Africa's Minister of International Relations, Lindiwe Sisulu, has called ambassadors from different African countries to discuss the recent spate of attacks against foreigners in Durban. The formation of a new government has been announced in Algeria after weeks of protests. The BBC has learned that more than 50 so-called Islamic State fighters from the UK have been captured in Syria in the past three months.
