Britain's foreign secretary, Jeremy Hunt, has condemned Iran's capturing of a British-flagged cargo ship in the Gulf. He also said he had agreement from France and Germany to set up a European maritime protection mission to ensure safe passage for shipping. The BBC's Susannah Streeter talks to Professor Peter Morici, from the University of Maryland and Lahore-based journalist Mehmal Sarfraz, who writes for The Hindu, about what this means for global stability and oil prices.
