Facebook Security Flaw Leaves 50 Million Exposed

World Business Report

Available for over a year

Facebook has said “almost 50 million” of its users were left exposed by a security flaw. It said that because it had only just begun its investigations it did not yet know who was behind the attacks or whether any accounts had been misused or any information accessed. Also in the programme, the clock is ticking for Canada and its future as a member of a revamped North America Free Trade Agreement. Christophe Bundy is a trade lawyer and former Canadian trade negotiator, and tells us what the country is likely to do next. We have a report on the decline of public toilets on Britain's high streets. We discuss the arguments for reducing the work week to four days to improve productivity and worker happiness, with Jan-Emmanuel De Neve, associate professor of economics and strategy at the Said Business School at Oxford University. Plus we look back at the rest of the week's big business stories with Eshe Nelson, economics and markets reporter at Quartz, and Patricia O'Connell, former editor of Business Insider and author of 'Woo, Wow, and Win: Service Design, Strategy, and the Art of Customer Delight.'
