World Business Report

Available for over a year

One of the world's best-known and most colourful entrepreneurs, Elon Musk of Tesla, has been charged with fraud. The Securities and Exchange Commission alleges Mr Musk misled investors earlier this year. We hear from professor John Coffee, an expert in securities law at Columbia Law School. One of the biggest oil companies in the world, Brazil's Petrobras, has agreed to pay millions of dollars to settle a corruption investigation in the United States, where the company is listed. An indefinite national strike has been launched today by Nigeria's two main unions over pay and working conditions. Also in the programme, academics are calling on the UK to follow Australia and New Zealand in banning companies from selling essays to students. And we are looking into mental health issues facing people working in the maritime industry. (Photo: Elon Musk. Credit: Getty Images)
