Ugandan Opposition MP Decries Kampala Government

Ugandan opposition MP Bobi Wine has criticised his country's government from Washington. The British academic Nicholas Cheeseman is an expert on east Africa, and tells us how much concern Mr Wine's intervention will cause in Kampala.
