Elon Musk Considering Taking Tesla Private

Tesla boss Elon Musk is considering taking the electric-car firm private, a move he claimed was the "best path forward" for the company. Musk announced the plan on Twitter and said investors backed it, though it requires a shareholder vote. Joe Saluzzi of Themis Trading in New Jersey gives his reaction.
