UK Government Reveals Brexit Plans

The UK has published its proposals outlining the relationship it foresees with the EU. We get analysis from Vince Cable, leader of the opposition Liberal Democrat party in the UK, who is opposed to Brexit, and Digby Jones, a former director general of the Confederation of British Industry and former Labour minister for trade and investment, who supported Britain's vote to leave the EU.
