Paris Electric Car-Sharing Scheme Unveiled

Renault and Peugeot parent PSA are launching an electric car-sharing scheme in Paris. Marguerite Hubsche from Peugeot tells us how it will work and our correspondent Theo Leggett explains how such schemes are changing the auto industry.
