US Puts Fresh Sanctions on Russia

The US has imposed sanctions on seven Russian oligarchs and 17 senior government officials, accusing them of "malign activity around the globe". We speak to Brian O'Toole from the Atlantic Council in Washington about the reasoning behind it.
