Kim Jong-un watches K-pop stars perform in Pyongyang

The North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and his wife Ri Sol Ju were among the audience in Pyongyang on Sunday enjoying the music of South Korean K-pop artists. It was the latest step in moves to bring North Korea in from the cold, ahead of talks between the leaders this month and then a summit in May with US President Donald Trump. Benjamin Charlton, a senior analyst for East Asia at Oxford Analytica tells us whether to expect a thaw in relations. BBC technology correspondent, Dave Lee, tells us whether a run of fatal accidents could be a wake-up call for regulators, as well as the automotive and technology industries. Shares in the music streaming service Spotify will trade for the first time at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
