Newsday

Available for over a year

British MPs have voted on a series of alternative courses of action on Brexit, but none of the eight options commanded a majority. Included is a software upgrade designed to make it easier for the pilot to override the system, and a malfunction warning light that was previously sold as an optional safety feature. Tens of thousands of migrants have been saved from drowning in the Mediterranean by the navy patrol boats of the European Union. But Operation Sophia, which has been in place for four years, is due to end soon, following a request from the Italian government.
