British parliament aims to break Brexit deadlock

The British parliament holds a highly unusual series of votes today to try to break the deadlock on Brexit, as the date of Britain's intended departure looms. More than 1.8 million people in Mozambique have been affected by Cyclone Idai. We have a report from one of the worst affected areas, Beira.
